📋 Description

• Lead the development and execution of Greencross' enterprise pricing and margin strategy • Lead enterprise pricing and margin strategy • Drive commercial performance and profitability initiatives • Oversee pricing governance, billing accuracy and charge capture • Develop business cases, financial modelling and commercial decision support • Lead commercial design of the PIMS service catalogue and billing framework • Identify margin improvement opportunities across services, clinics and hospitals • Oversee reporting, analytics and performance measurement • Lead and develop the pricing team • Work across Clinical, Operations, Finance, Procurement, Data and Technology teams • Report to the General Manager, Commercial Performance • Influence strategic decisions and support the PIMS transformation program

🎯 Requirements

• Deep understanding of the veterinary industry • Experience leading commercial, operational or transformation initiatives • Understanding of veterinary service delivery, clinic economics and client care • Ability to influence senior stakeholders and work across multiple functions • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Experience building capability, leading teams or driving organisational change • Commercial, operational, finance or veterinary leadership experience, ideally in the veterinary sector • Exposure to pricing, service economics and business performance • Understanding of how veterinary teams work and how commercial decisions influence client experience and clinical delivery
