📋 Description

• Work strategically with largest and fastest-growing customers to upgrade workflows, system configurations, and recruiting strategies • Build documentation and playbooks to standardize consulting engagements and processes • Strategize and oversee the professional services lifecycle of multiple projects simultaneously • Advise, educate, and facilitate changes for customers based on recommendations • Engage in change management and evangelism • Conduct account and workflow audits with detailed recommendations • Handle additional projects and responsibilities as business needs require • Own large and complex paid strategic enablement engagements via professional services • Accelerate Greenhouse-led implementations and conduct system audits, strategic advisement, reconfigurations, and change management

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive Greenhouse knowledge • Project management experience • 3+ years experience advising on talent-related functions • Experience helping to build internal programs and process improvements • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to manage and work well on a team • Ability to adapt to a constantly changing environment with competing priorities • Comfortable using AI tools day-to-day • Evidence of right to work in Ireland required • Greenhouse cannot support employment permit applications for this role
