📋 Description

• Create and execute innovative content strategies and communication campaigns based on secondary market research and insights • Analyse market, competitor, and audience data to develop relatable and captivating content • Ensure quality of externally facing content and adherence to brand voice, tone, and writing style • Ensure ISI alignment across branded assets • Conduct self-reviews and peer audits for compliance and accuracy • Interpret creative briefs and develop creativity from concepts through execution • Monitor execution of established plans and strategies • Decide content formats and publishing dates • Manage editorial calendars and adhere to timelines • Support creative teams with feedback and guidance on scientific accuracy • Research client needs and target audiences through online searches, existing research, and subject matter expert interviews • Write original copy and edit marketing and communications materials, using references and annotations as needed • Collaborate with client service managers, strategists, and creative staff on timelines, resources, and creative execution • Present copy concepts and final deliverables to internal teams and clients as needed • Participate in client pitches occasionally • Revise copy based on internal and client feedback • Participate in regulatory responsibilities and requirements to gain asset approvals • Meet established deadlines or provide reasonable notice for extensions • Contribute to process improvements and updates to quality documentation and processes, including copywriter SOPs and reference management documents

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 7+ years’ experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment in promotional content development for pharma industry (pharma marketing/health care advertising/sales/copywriting) • Hold a degree/diploma in health science (medicine/pharma/biology/biosciences etc) AND/OR a degree/diploma in communications with experience of copywriting for pharma promotional marketing • Any additional marketing degree/certification/diploma will be a plus • Experience with print and digital assets in pharma marketing • Experience with global brands will be a plus • Understand and ensure compliance with FDA regulations, Fair Balance standards, and local legislation • Hands-on experience with MLR/PRC review workflows • Experience with Veeva PromoMats submissions, linking, and anchoring processes • Experience using Generative AI tools such as Jasper AI for content creation and optimization, including reviewing, validating, and refining AI-generated content using human editorial judgment • Ability to develop copy and concepts for marketing materials • Storytelling skills for creating engaging assets • Ability to understand and implement brand guidelines and strategy • Experience or ability to work with design, brand, production, digital, and product teams • Understanding of cross-channel creative ideation and campaign development • Knowledge of client-related industry trends • Knowledge of appropriate style guidelines, including AMA style, and brand voice • Understanding of regulatory standards and requirements for successful submissions • Knowledge of best practices for annotations • Ability to identify copyrighted material requiring permission and process permission requests • Ability to use company project management and communication software • Effective communication, active listening, and ability to take direction • Resourcefulness and problem-solving ability • Customer focus and ability to anticipate customer needs • Strong time management, prioritization, organization, and attention to detail • Exceptional writing and research skills • Ability to work independently and with a team to meet deadlines • Excellent organizational skills and multitasking ability • Alignment with Greenpark’s values: ‘We Strive’, ‘Acting Together’, and ‘With Kindness’
