📋 Description

• Take ownership of YouTube channel projects from ideation through results • Create and develop YouTube channels for English-speaking markets • Research keywords, search intent, competitors, and content opportunities • Produce videos at scale, including ideas, scripts, voice-over, thumbnails, and publishing • Build SEO-driven content strategies designed to rank • Remix and repurpose existing content to test keywords, angles, and formats • Optimise titles, thumbnails, and hooks based on performance • Track rankings, CTR, retention, traffic, and conversions • Run experiments, analyse results, and decide what to test next • Use AI and automation throughout the workflow • Operate within YouTube policies and a regulated iGaming industry

🎯 Requirements

• Heavy YouTube user with an understanding of why some videos work • Comfortable testing rather than guessing • Comfortable working with numbers and learning from failure • Proactive and willing to figure things out independently • Some experience with video editing or content creation • Basic SEO understanding or genuine interest in learning it • Already uses AI tools and likes experimenting with new ones • Excellent English, written and spoken • Strong plus: experience running a YouTube channel, website, social account, or personal content project
