📋 Description

• Clean guest rooms in accordance with current methods and techniques, while meeting required deadlines • Stock and maintain the housekeeping trolley • Clean and maintain public areas • Develop and maintain a strong sense of service and customer relations • Collect and inspect clean linen at the delivery dock • Restock housekeeping pantries with clean linen • Respond to requests from Housekeeping Supervisors and Room Attendants • Collect used linen from Room Attendants and deliver it to the delivery dock • Clean the reception and Escal Well-Being restrooms daily • Set up guest rooms according to guest requests, including adding equipment and amenities • Work under the supervision of the Executive Housekeeper as part of a 21-person team

• Professional proficiency in English • Previous experience in a similar role at an upscale establishment • Experience in the hotel industry • Strong attention to detail • Thorough and organized approach • Team-oriented mindset • Strong customer focus • Service-oriented attitude • Highly adaptable • Availability to work weekends and public holidays • Rotating and variable schedules
