📋 Description

• Ensure the operational availability of infrastructure, including servers, systems, platforms, and IT services • Manage incidents and service requests • Diagnose and resolve Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3 incidents • Escalate issues to specialist teams • Administer and enhance environments, including configurations, deployments, updates, patching, backups, and technical changes • Monitor and optimize performance • Analyze logs and perform capacity planning • Implement preventive measures to ensure availability and security

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in a challenging environment • Experience working with enterprise clients • Thoroughness, adaptability, and a proactive approach • Excellent written communication skills • Valid work permit required • Technologies and environments: Dell, Lenovo, and Huawei servers; Huawei storage; VMware; Systancia WorkPlace
