📋 Description

• Contribute to the store’s performance by managing its accounting activities • Prepare balance sheet data with the Chief Accountant • Perform general and analytical accounting through to balance sheet preparation, depending on experience and skills • Enter and reconcile accounting documents • Monitor the store’s cash position and perform bank reconciliations • Record and verify cash receipts • Reconcile accounts and follow up with customers on outstanding payments • Handle invoicing • Analyze data and prepare accounting or management dashboards • Act as a point of contact for teams and management, ensuring the reliability of activity-related data

🎯 Requirements

• Accounting qualification or significant experience as an accountant • Experience in retail or an accounting firm preferred • Discretion and respect for confidentiality • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and autonomy • Analytical and summarization skills • Proficiency in accounting and payroll procedures • Ability to keep knowledge up to date • Comfortable using a range of IT tools
