📋 Description

• Prepare the financial statements in collaboration with the external accountant, including general and analytical accounting through to the preparation of the annual financial statements • Monitor the store’s cash flow • Analyze data and prepare accounting or management dashboards • Manage HR administration, including personnel administration, onboarding, payroll, and preparation of the DSN payroll declaration • Contribute to the store’s performance through the management of accounting, personnel administration, and payroll • Serve as a key contact for teams and management and ensure the reliability of activity-related data

🎯 Requirements

• Two-year post-secondary qualification (Bac+2) in accounting • At least 5 years’ experience as an accountant • Experience in retail or an accounting firm preferred • Discretion, organizational skills, accuracy, and autonomy • Strong analytical and synthesis skills • Proficiency in accounting and payroll procedures • Ability to keep knowledge up to date • Comfortable using a range of IT tools
