📋 Description

• Edit product videos, short ads, and social clips in 16:9 and 9:16 formats, lasting 15, 30, and 60 seconds, with captions, motion graphics, and end cards • Design ad creative for LinkedIn, Google, Meta, and Reddit • Design posts, carousels, and stories for company and CEO social media accounts • Design and build landing pages in HubSpot CMS • Create blog cover images, PDFs, one-pagers, and ebooks • Handle multiple design and video requests simultaneously across several stakeholders • Work within the company’s existing brand system and template kit • Collaborate asynchronously through Slack and Notion

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of graphic design experience with a strong portfolio (B2B or tech preferred) • Proven video editing experience using Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut or similar; include video samples • Experience handling several requests and projects at once in a fast-paced team, with quick turnarounds • Strong in Figma or Adobe Creative Suite • Able to work quickly inside an existing brand system • Clear, proactive communicator, comfortable with async feedback in Slack and Notion • Some overlap with US Central time • Advanced English level • Candidates based in Mexico, Peru, Ecuador, Argentina, Philippines, or India • Availability to work in PT/CT/ET time zones • Submit an updated CV, graphic design portfolio, 2–3 edited video samples, a project-prioritization example, weekly availability, and expected fee
