📋 Description

• Convert qualified leads into clients through consultative meetings • Conduct client intake with case assessment • Close contracts • Maintain and nurture the existing lead base • Provide feedback and follow-up • Participate in team meetings • Monitor client progress until documentation delivery • Perform critical case analysis

🎯 Requirements

• Law degree with active OAB registration • Completed postgraduate specialization in Labor Law • Experience as a labor attorney • Ability to identify key legal issues related to Labor Law • Experience practicing in social security law (previdenciário) • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (strong grammar) • Experience working with commission-based compensation and targets • Proficiency in using Google Drive
