📋 Description

• Drive technical execution as a Staff Software Engineer • Solve high-impact distribution problems and build systems for the next decade • Design highly scalable and resilient systems supporting low-latency conversational journeys, heavy microservices orchestration, and real-time ML processing • Work across multiple engineering teams through a unified selection process • Explore team placement based on experience, interests, and hiring needs • Use technologies including Java, Kotlin, Node.js, Go, Python, React, AWS, and AI tools such as Claude Code • Participate in technical screening, live coding, architecture live cases, and technology leadership interviews

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in software development, leading the delivery of high-volume, high-concurrency, and mission-critical distributed systems • Deep knowledge of modern software architecture paradigms, distributed data consistency, fault tolerance, and system optimization • Understanding of data-intensive applications and readiness to build architectures supporting Machine Learning/AI features at scale • Proven ability to analyze and articulate engineering trade-offs concretely • Demonstrated capability to remove barriers to collaboration, conduct difficult structural conversations, and foster an inclusive engineering culture • Fluency in Portuguese and excellent English skills (mandatory) • Prior experience designing architectures integrating LLMs, multi-agent AI systems, or heavy data pipelines (standout qualification) • Strong background in FinOps and cost-optimization for high-throughput cloud environments (standout qualification) • Solid experience migrating legacy monolithic structures into highly decoupled, event-driven architectures (standout qualification)
