📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain highly scalable and resilient microservices handling 50M+ monthly accesses in high-concurrency environments. • Contribute to the architectural evolution of the platform and integrate backend systems with AI/LLM conversational capabilities and large-scale data ecosystems. • Own the full software development lifecycle, including definition, development, testing, production, and maintenance. • Build observability and proactively address post-mortem findings. • Promote excellent software development practices and participate in code and design reviews. • Mentor mid-level and junior engineers and share knowledge across teams. • Participate in a unified selection process for multiple engineering teams and explore team alignment during the final stage.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience building and evolving software architecture from the ground up for high-volume, distributed systems. • Strong understanding of database design, evolution, and complex data modeling. • Proficiency in creating and maintaining RESTful APIs, with a strong understanding of system integration. • Experience with tools and practices for software monitoring, observability, and performance tracking, such as Datadog and New Relic. • Strong problem-solving skills, willingness to learn, and a focus on delivering high-quality, data-driven software. • Fluency in Portuguese and advanced English. • Experience with cloud service platforms such as AWS and GCP is a plus. • Knowledge of containers and orchestration, such as Kubernetes and Docker, is a plus. • Understanding of event-driven architectures and message brokers, such as Kafka and RabbitMQ, is a plus. • Prior experience or a strong interest in integrating applications with LLMs, AI agents, or large-scale data pipelines is a plus. • Formal education is optional.
