📋 Description

• Execute end-to-end renewal motions by owning and streamlining renewal workflows • Minimize manual effort and ensure timely renewal execution • Close renewals accurately and efficiently to protect the existing customer base • Drive and close seat expansions by selling additional seats to existing buyers during renewals • Monitor auto-renewal status and intervene when auto-renewals are disabled to prevent churn • Collaborate with procurement teams to ensure smooth renewal execution • Provide feedback on products and packaging based on customer interactions

🎯 Requirements

• Experience dealing with B2B clients • Use CRM and renewal tracking systems to automate workflows, analyze data, and flag exceptions • Fluent English required • Other European languages would be a plus • You need to be in Spain
