📋 Description

• Create and review copy for ads, sales pages, emails, scripts, and other marketing materials. • Conduct market research, understand the target persona, and identify the pain points, desires, and objections of the target audience. • Test different hooks, approaches, and structures to continuously improve campaign performance. • Collaborate with the paid media, design, and strategy teams to ensure alignment between messaging and performance. • (For more advanced levels) Lead complex campaigns and optimize financial results through strategic copywriting. • Support the creation of copy and creative assets under the guidance of more experienced copywriters (junior level). • Structure complete direct-response campaigns and sales funnels (mid-level). • Architect advanced copywriting strategies and lead performance testing, serving as a technical reference and a right hand to leadership (senior level).

🎯 Requirements

• Knowledge of direct-response copywriting. • Strong writing skills, creativity, and analytical ability. • (Preferred) Experience with paid campaigns, A/B testing, and metrics analysis. • (For senior levels) Ability to design complex campaigns and lead sales strategies through copywriting.
