📋 Description

• Handle customer interactions focused on retaining subscribers who intend to cancel • Provide customer support through multiple channels, including phone, WhatsApp, email, and chat • Work in customer service, customer retention, new customer prospecting, and subscription sales

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma required; candidates pursuing higher education will be considered a plus • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Previous experience in customer service, sales, and/or customer retention is preferred • Strong digital literacy • Ability to work with different customer service systems • Demonstrated agility and commitment to delivering results • Problem-solving focus, negotiation skills, and a commitment to service excellence • Reside in Porto Alegre and/or the metropolitan area
