📋 Description

• Work closely with Engineering and Product teams to develop comprehensive test strategies for new features and releases across web, API, and mobile platforms • Create and update automated tests as features change • Incrementally expand automation coverage based on the backlog and reduce the scope of manual regression • Increase automated end-to-end, smoke, and regression test coverage across UI, backend, and mobile components • Develop ad-hoc testing scripts as necessary • Prioritize and fix flaky tests • Cover manually caught and customer-reported bugs with automated tests

🎯 Requirements

• Understanding of trading workflows, including order matching, order lifecycle, market data, trade data, and risk • Experience testing REST API, Web-Sockets, GraphQL, and JSON-RPC protocols, especially in trading systems • Familiarity with UI automation tools such as Selenium WebDriver, Playwright, Cypress, or BDD Cucumber • Familiarity with backend automation tools such as Rest-Assured, Karate, PyTest, Postman, or SOAPUI • Familiarity with mobile automation tools such as Appium, Detox, or Katalon • Familiarity with test management tools such as Testrail, Jira Xray, Zephyr, or Allure • Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Github Actions, Jenkins, or AWS Codebuild • Familiarity with log analysis tools such as Grafana, Splunk, Datadog, or ELK stack • Familiarity with Firebase, AWS Device Farm, Browserstack, or Lambdatest • Proficient in Python or Golang and Typescript • Prior experience with cryptocurrency exchanges, trading platforms, or fintech preferred • Familiarity with Blockchain or DeFi applications and Web-3 wallets such as Metamask preferred • Experience with performance and load testing tools such as K6, JMeter, or Locust preferred • Experience with security testing tools such as OWASP ZAP or BurpSuite preferred
