• manage a portfolio of C-level client relationships • drive client retention by proactively connecting clients with relevant Gartner insights • define and deliver innovative, tailored service solutions • lead and participate in Gartner Executive Series webinars • build a strong local and virtual community of TSPLs • collaborate closely with internal Gartner teams to ensure seamless service delivery • contribute to account planning and value demonstration activities
• 10+ years’ experience in a senior services leadership role (Director/VP/SVP/Head of Services) • experience engaging with and influencing C-level executives • proven ability to leverage external research and expert networks • experience building and facilitating executive peer communities • Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree preferred • strong business fluency (verbal and written) in both English and Japanese
