📋 Description

• Provide break/fix support across GTT's global network • Own and drive incidents through to successful resolution • Perform technical validation, troubleshooting, and escalation management • Work closely with customers, vendors, and internal teams to resolve service issues • Configure network devices and support service migrations • Proactively identify recurring issues and drive preventative actions • Maintain accurate documentation and customer communications • Ensure operational procedures and best practices are followed

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a Telco, Service Provider, or similar environment • Strong troubleshooting and fault-diagnosis skills • Good understanding of BGP, OSPF, ISIS, and EIGRP • Experience with Layer 2 technologies, including VLANs, STP, and LACP • Knowledge of MPLS, L2VPN, and L3VPN services • Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills • Cisco IOS and hardware experience (nice to have) • Juniper JUNOS experience (nice to have) • Certifications such as CCNA, JNCNA, Fortinet FCA, or Palo Alto PCNSA/PCCSA (nice to have) • Experience with SD-WAN, Security, and SASE technologies (nice to have) • Experience in a NOC or Service Operations environment (nice to have) • Ability to work extended business hours
