📋 Description

• Provide telephone and chat support through comprehensive clinical intakes. • Refer clients to appropriate resources, including therapists, counselors, and wellness resources. • Conduct client assessments and apply coaching methodologies to develop tailored health and well-being strategies. • Support positive behavior change. • Adhere to departmental protocols, industry best practices, and customer-specific requirements. • Deliver culturally competent, inclusive, and respectful services. • Apply clinical judgment, critical thinking, and problem-solving to assess situations and resolve concerns promptly. • Educate clients about available resources, eligibility criteria, and program services. • Maintain accurate, thorough, and timely documentation in the organization’s proprietary database. • Stay current on behavioral health trends, resources, and best practices. • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure continuity of care and align services with client expectations. • Maintain medical confidentiality and comply with applicable data protection regulations. • Perform additional duties as assigned.

🎯 Requirements

• Master's degree or equivalent postgraduate qualification in Psychology, Social Work, Behavioral Health, or a related behavioral health field from a recognized institution is required. • A Bachelor's-level qualification combined with relevant post-qualification experience may be considered equivalent where recognized by the applicable professional regulatory framework. • Meet all educational and experiential requirements for professional practice and/or licensure or registration where required by law or regulation. • Eligibility for professional practice and/or registration in the country of residence as required by national regulations. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and client information systems. • Professional bilingual proficiency in English and Arabic required. • Recognized health or wellness coaching credentials preferred. • Experience working in multicultural or international environments preferred. • Strong empathy, active listening, and coaching skills. • Strong clinical judgment and ability to manage high-risk or crisis situations. • Excellent communication skills and strong service orientation. • Critical thinking and multitasking ability in fast-paced environments. • High professionalism, integrity, and cultural sensitivity. • Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially. • Demonstrated multitasking, critical thinking, crisis-management, or high-risk-situation skills. • Consistent, reliable high-speed internet and a distraction-free, quiet workspace. • Ability to be present on camera during work-related trainings, meetings, and events. • Ability to sit or stand at a desk for prolonged periods while working on a computer.
