📋 Description

• Support project delivery by identifying and recruiting experts suited to consulting clients’ business questions • Work with Project Managers to develop expert recruitment strategies for client project requests • Use recruiting tools, press releases, case studies, and online sources to identify suitable experts • Conduct proactive evening outreach, communicate consultation opportunities, and invite qualified professionals to join the network • Screen experts for suitability and develop accurate professional profiles for Project Managers and clients • Support time-sensitive consulting projects

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher • Professional written and reading proficiency in English required; conversational to fluent verbal skills strongly preferred • Based in Wuxi and able to work effectively in a remote environment, both independently and as part of a team • Available to work a fixed evening schedule from 5:00 PM to 2:00 am (17:00-2:00, China Standard Time) • Strong sense of urgency and excellent time management skills • Ability to provide creative and strategic solutions • Proactive, results-driven, and able to go the extra mile • Able to deliver accurate, high-quality recruitment support and meet time-sensitive project requirements • Desire to work in a sourcing/lead generation type of role • Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment • Excellent organizational, written, verbal, and communication skills • Outgoing personality with the ability to speak with people at all professional levels • Intellectual curiosity and desire to learn • Demonstrated ability to work individually and as part of a team
