📋 Description

• Delivery of Database Upgrade services to cloud migration customers. • Contribute to innovation of tooling to automate the upgrade process. • Mentor junior team members and guide them. • Lead and promote continuous improvement initiatives within the team. • Learn and master your assigned Guidewire product and pass the required Guidewire certification as a subject matter expert within the expected timeframe. • Foster a culture of curiosity, innovation, and responsible use of AI.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on industry experience with Object-Oriented programming (preferably Java) • relational databases (data modeling/SQL) • web UI (design and development) • XML • Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and LLMs is advantageous but not required • Strong consulting skills including problem-solving, communicating effectively with customers, and knowledge contribution
