📋 Description

• Coordinate with transporters, warehouses, production teams, and internal teams • Track shipments and follow up on pickups and deliveries • Update shipment status and maintain tracking sheets in Microsoft Excel • Follow up with transport partners on pending or delayed shipments • Coordinate with warehouse and production teams to ensure goods are ready for dispatch • Maintain shipping records, invoices, e-way bills, delivery challans, and other documents • Monitor movement of goods and report discrepancies • Communicate with stakeholders regarding shipment updates • Prepare daily and weekly logistics reports • Maintain organized shipment and logistics documentation • Assist with import/export documentation when required • Escalate delays, damages, and operational issues to the reporting manager • Learn and follow company logistics processes and documentation requirements

🎯 Requirements

• Freshers welcome; no prior logistics, supply chain, or operations experience required • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills mandatory • Comfortable using VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF formulas, data analysis, and other Excel functions • Comfortable working with spreadsheets, data, and tracking reports • Good written and verbal communication skills • Ability to write professional emails • Organized and good at follow-ups • Attention to detail and accuracy • Ability to coordinate with multiple people and teams • Willingness to learn logistics and supply chain processes • Ability to take ownership of assigned tasks through completion • Available to join immediately or at short notice • Female-candidate application question appears in the application form, but no gender requirement is stated
