• Recording and documenting spare parts requirements directly at our customers' sites • Installation and fitting of spare parts, retrofits and upgrades on our machines • Performing regular maintenance and mechanical overhauls to ensure equipment availability • Analyzing and resolving technical faults • Assisting customers in troubleshooting • Training and supporting customers' operating and maintenance personnel in the safe and efficient use of the machines
• Completed vocational training as an industrial mechanic, mechatronics technician or equivalent—ideally with further qualification as a technician or master craftsman, or a completed degree • Initial professional experience in mechanical engineering or maintenance • Good technical understanding • Basic knowledge of mechanics and electronics • Confident in working with technical drawings and documentation • Independent, solution-oriented working style • Communicative and service-oriented personality • Willingness to travel worldwide • Good command of English
