• Record and document spare parts requirements directly at customer sites • Install and fit spare parts, retrofits and upgrades on our machines • Perform regular maintenance and mechanical overhauls to ensure equipment availability • Analyze and resolve technical faults (troubleshooting) • Assist customers with fault diagnosis • Train and support customer operating and maintenance personnel in the safe and efficient use of the machines
• Completed training as an Industrial Mechanic, Mechatronics Technician or equivalent • Ideally further qualifications as a technician or master craftsman, or a completed degree • Initial professional experience in mechanical engineering or maintenance • Strong technical understanding • Basic knowledge of mechanics and electronics • Confident handling of technical drawings and documentation • Independent and solution-oriented working style • Communicative and service-oriented personality • Willingness to travel worldwide • Good command of English
