📋 Description

• Act as a primary coordination point for Casino Engineering delivery and technical topics with Product and other Technology units • Coordinate shared initiatives and organisational dependencies with Engineering Managers and leaders outside Casino Engineering • Translate engineering realities into clear, structured, and data-backed communication for technical and non-technical stakeholders • Coordinate and structure delivery plans across Casino Engineering teams into a coherent cross-team view • Maintain the Casino Engineering technical roadmap, including architecture evolution, platform improvements, resilience, and technical debt • Facilitate planning and alignment sessions to review priorities, sequencing, and dependencies • Review observability and monitoring insights, including reliability, performance, and operational health, and reflect resulting actions in delivery plans and roadmaps • Ensure technical roadmaps and delivery plans are accurately represented in Jira • Track progress across teams and identify delivery risks, slippage, trade-offs, and dependencies • Support realistic planning by clarifying timelines, scope, and priorities • Analyse delivery, technical, and business data to support prioritisation and sequencing recommendations • Ensure effective use of productivity and delivery tools, including Jira workflows, statuses, estimation approaches, and reporting • Establish, track, and evolve delivery and productivity metrics • Analyse productivity and delivery data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities • Prepare consolidated engineering status reports, delivery health views, and roadmap updates • Drive continuous improvement in engineering operations, planning practices, and ways of working

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical topics clearly and concisely to technical and non-technical audiences • Strong experience in technical delivery coordination, technical project/program management, or engineering operations • Proven experience working with internal technical and product stakeholders across multiple teams • Strong organisational, planning, and prioritisation skills, with attention to detail • Ability to work effectively through influence rather than authority • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesise complex data and business information into actionable insights • Experience working in Agile delivery environments and with modern engineering teams • Ability to learn and understand new technical domains sufficiently to support planning, communication, and delivery alignment • Highly comfortable using AI and AI-powered tools, including those built internally at HRD, using them confidently to support analysis, planning, and day-to-day decision-making • Experience with productivity and delivery tools such as Jira • Ability to work in Poland
