📋 Description

• Support and advise customers during the implementation of software solutions • Conduct requirements analyses, solution design, implementation, testing, and rollouts • Analyze and design solutions for individual customer requirements • Implement software components with a strong focus on quality and solution-oriented outcomes • Prepare and deliver training sessions and workshops • Actively contribute to AI-driven process automation • Collaborate as part of a team while working independently and taking ownership of responsibilities

🎯 Requirements

• Commercially oriented vocational training or degree • Strong affinity for IT and genuine willingness to learn about new software solutions • Practical experience working with AI systems • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in direct customer interactions • Knowledge of accounting and financial processes • Proficiency in MS Office • German language skills (minimum B2 level) • English language skills • Willingness to travel for work • Preferred: Experience working for a municipal utility or energy and water provider • Preferred: Experience with document generation, output management systems (OMS), or form design
