📋 Description

• Report to the General Counsel as a senior member of the Legal Team • Own and manage commercial contracts, including SAAS and other services agreements • Provide global commercial advice on SAAS arrangements, deployment, SLAs, and related issues across Europe, the UK, Australia, New Zealand, Asia, the Middle East, and the USA • Advise on, prepare, and negotiate SAAS enterprise, reseller, referral, distributor, and platform agreements • Advise on Harrison templates and third-party contract paper • Support public government tenders for SAAS and SAMD products globally • Support the General Counsel on strategic, stakeholder, and BAU matters • Support potential corporate M&A activity • Develop and implement procedures, systems, policies, and frameworks for company growth • Manage external legal advisers when needed

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ PQE with relevant experience at an international top-tier law firm and/or strong relevant in-house experience • Corporate M&A and/or Commercial/TMT experience preferred • Global experience • Subject matter expertise in SAAS and associated commercial contracting with AI/tech sector focus • Familiarity with public government tenders • Current legal practising certificate in NSW • Experience in fast-paced and dynamic industries such as technology and AI • Experience with contract management systems such as Lawvu or similar • Excellent commercial judgment and communication skills • Strong problem-solving capability • Self-driven team player who takes initiative and ownership of matters • Experience managing more junior members
