📋 Description

• Work directly with lawyers at current and prospective customers in Korea to uncover workflow pain points, recommend solutions, and demonstrate how Harvey fits into legal work • Serve as the voice of the customer by translating feedback and Korean legal workflow insights into product direction • Partner with product, engineering, sales, and marketing to shape Harvey’s roadmap and product adoption • Build and refine product demonstrations, workflows, and use cases in Korean and English • Introduce new capabilities in a tailored, credible, and compelling way for each customer • Provide competitive and market intelligence on the Korean and wider APAC legal tech landscape • Strengthen Harvey’s reputation in Korea and across APAC as an AI partner to the legal industry

🎯 Requirements

• Based in Seoul and eligible to work in South Korea • Korean legal qualification (변호사 자격) or equivalent • At least 3 years of experience as a qualified lawyer at a top-tier Korean or international law firm and/or in-house • Strong exposure to complex legal workflows and client expectations • Fluency in Korean and English, with the ability to operate seamlessly across both in professional settings • Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment and make confident, well-reasoned recommendations • Ability to operate across legal, product, and sales contexts • Executive presence and relationship-building skills • Comfort engaging partners, senior associates, in-house counsel, and legal leadership • Sales, customer-facing, or law firm business development experience is a plus
