📋 Description

• Assisting with personal cares (showering, bathing) • Assisting with household management and meal preparation • Supporting exercise programmes • Assisting with accessing the community • Bowel, Bladder, and Catheter cares • Moving and handling hoists and manual transfers • Medication support

🎯 Requirements

• Ideally prior personal care experience is preferred • Familiarity with complex medical conditions, like spinal injuries, traumatic brain injury • A Level 3 or Level 4 Health and Wellbeing qualification is beneficial and those looking to enter the healthcare sector will also be considered • Access to your own car and a Full Driver’s License is a requirement of the role • Flexibility to work on a rotating roster • Legal right to work in New Zealand is a must.
