📋 Description

• Edit video end to end from raw footage to polished, platform-native creative • Own cuts, sound design, colour, captions and motion • Turn creator and UGC footage into multiple distinct ads with different hooks, stories and angles • Build scroll-stopping hooks using opening frames, on-screen text, pacing and sound • Create meaningful creative diversity across hooks, narratives, formats, pacing and visual treatments for Meta • Collaborate with creative strategists and performance marketers to use campaign performance insights • Bring references, pitch formats, challenge briefs and identify emerging trends • Experiment with templates, presets, AI tools and improved editing workflows • Adapt edits, text and pacing for 10+ markets in partnership with the localisation team • Report to the Senior Creative Strategist

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of editing experience, whether in-house, agency or freelance • Reel showing range, strong craft and an instinct for creative that gets attention • Strong editing and motion fundamentals, including pacing, storytelling, sound, type, transitions and animation • Ability to bring product UI to life when needed • Understanding of Meta's creative delivery, Andromeda, and the importance of creative diversity • Performance-minded approach and ability to use performance data to guide creative decisions • Platform-native understanding of social content • Fluent in Premiere Pro and After Effects • Comfortable using other editing, motion design and AI tools • Ability to juggle multiple projects while staying fast, organised and communicative • Instinct for Heidi's clinician audience • Resourceful, curious and willing to learn • Nice to have: experience shooting content and scrappy lo-fi shoots for Meta • Nice to have: experience with larger productions, PPMs, treatments and post-production • Nice to have: experience in health, wellness, finance or another accuracy-sensitive category
