📋 Description

• Create aesthetically appealing and efficient graphics, images, and icons using a tool of your choice, such as Photoshop or Canva • Develop email copy using the ChatGPT/Asana framework • Create and manage email templates in Klaviyo • Coordinate projects in Asana and Slack • Become familiar with the agency workflow and work in a structured manner • Create an initial draft within 2–4 days of receiving the assignment

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in graphic design and copywriting • Ideally, a structured and organized approach to working in Asana • Knowledge of email marketing • Initial experience with CRM systems, particularly Klaviyo, for creating responsive email templates • HTML skills are an advantage • Independent, reliable working style and high motivation • Native-level German • Must be registered as a freelancer or business entity in order to issue invoices • Based in Germany
