📋 Description

• Working with the customers to identify issues related to their e-commerce applications • Point of sale integrations, gaps or potential future needs of the customers • Adding these items to our products backlog • Apply logical thought processes to troubleshot the issue • Call or email the customers to resolve the issue • Home office position, Monday to Friday and Saturdays if needed.

🎯 Requirements

• Studies University Systems engineer • Computer and systems engineering • Languages English - Advanced • 2 years of experience
