📋 Description

• Lead implementation of sophisticated marketing websites and interactive experiences. • Establish scalable CMS and component structures. • Drive technical quality, performance, and SEO standards. • Mentor designers and engineers on implementation best practices. • Partner with brand and growth teams on experimentation and optimization.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years building production websites with Webflow and/or Framer. • Advanced understanding of responsive systems and web performance. • Strong frontend fundamentals beyond no-code tooling. • Strong visual and interaction design sensibility. • Experience managing large-scale marketing web properties. • Comfortable using AI tools to accelerate website production and debugging. • Strong judgment when reviewing AI-generated designs to maintain high quality standards. • Familiarity with modern AI-powered website and creative tooling ecosystems is a plus.
