📋 Description

• Develop brand identities from the ground up: logo systems, visual language, typography, color, and everything that makes a brand coherent and recognizable. • Create narratives and creative concepts, and bring them to life visually, grounded in strategy. • Participate in strategic brand definition sessions, contributing your expertise and creative vision. • Apply knowledge of interface and user experience to extend brand systems into digital environments. • Present, argue, and defend your concepts in front of clients and colleagues, rationally and strategically. • Collaborate with Motion Designers, 3D Artists, and Developers to deliver your designs into the real world at the highest possible quality. • Work across multiple projects simultaneously with full autonomy and accountability. • Stay curious: actively explore and adopt new tools, techniques, and references, and share what you find with the team. • Use AI to improve and extend your creative workflow. • Incorporate feedback openly and collaborate with team members and clients.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in brand identity design: logos, visual systems, and creative direction. • A portfolio with undeniable visual quality. • Exceptional typographic sensibility and attention to detail. • Proficiency in Figma and Illustrator. • Knowledge of animation and After Effects. • Strong English, written and spoken. • Deeply creative, proactive, and genuinely curious. • Committed to quality and always pushing for excellence. • Leaves their ego at the door. • A true collaborator who makes ++hellohello a better place.
