📋 Description

• Lead development of high-end interactive web experiences. • Drive technical and visual quality across animations, transitions, and interactions. • Partner deeply with design, brand, and product teams. • Mentor engineers on frontend craft and implementation quality. • Push experimentation with emerging web technologies and creative tooling.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of frontend engineering experience. • Expert-level frontend skills with strong visual and interaction sensibility. • Deep experience building polished and animation-heavy web experiences. • Strong attention to detail across motion, timing, layout, typography, and micro-interactions. • Advanced proficiency in at least one animation framework or creative technology stack (GSAP, Framer Motion, Three.js, WebGL, Lottie, etc.). • Strong portfolio showcasing sophisticated frontend experiences. • Strong fluency with AI-assisted engineering and creative workflows. • Ability to leverage AI tools for rapid prototyping, iteration, and production acceleration. • Strong judgment and taste when refining AI-generated outputs. • Familiarity with AI-powered creative tooling and generative workflows. • Experience exploring AI-native interactive experiences is a plus.
