📋 Description

• Conduct regular on-site visits to manufacturing plants and subcontractors across Asia • Perform food safety, quality and manufacturing audits, including process, hygiene, and documentation audits • Verify production and quality documentation, including specifications, certificates, and control reports • Ensure compliance with company standards, food safety requirements, and international norms including HACCP, ISO 22000, IFS, and BRC • Monitor corrective actions and follow up on non-conformities • Build working relationships with local production teams and suppliers • Report audit findings, risks, and recommendations to the European headquarters • Support continuous improvement of product

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in the food industry, ideally as a Food Technologist, Quality Specialist, Food Safety Auditor, or similar • Strong knowledge of HACCP, GHP/GMP, ISO 22000, IFS, and BRC • Experience conducting internal or supplier audits in production environments • Understanding of food manufacturing processes • Ability to work independently and manage multiple sites across the region • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in multicultural environments • Willingness to travel frequently across Asia or already based in the region; China preferred • English proficiency, spoken and written • Knowledge of Mandarin or another Asian language is a plus
