📋 Description

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and functional specifications • Analyze business processes and workflows to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement • Collaborate with SMEs, business stakeholders, developers, and QA engineers • Develop workflow documentation and functional specifications • Create test scenarios and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) • Validate implemented solutions against business requirements • Support business process analysis related to claims, enrollment, provider management, authorizations, and configuration • Support Subject Matter Experts so they can focus on new client initiatives and strategic projects

🎯 Requirements

• Experience working as a Business Analyst • Experience in the healthcare payer or health insurance industry • Knowledge of Medicare and/or Medicaid processes • Experience with requirements gathering, documentation, workflow analysis, and gap analysis • Ability to translate business needs into clear functional requirements • Experience developing test scenarios and supporting UAT • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills • Willingness to work according to US business hours • Experience writing SQL queries and performing data analysis would be a plus • Expertise in claims, enrollment, provider management, authorizations, or configuration would be a plus • Experience supporting software implementations and process improvements would be a plus
