📋 Description

• Support the registration process of new Private Entrepreneurs (PEs) • Manage a workload of 200–250 PEs simultaneously • Assist with opening bank accounts and provide ongoing support • Consult on PE liquidation • Prepare and submit tax reports for PEs • Pay taxes, compensation, and insurance contributions • Consult on opening accounts in payment systems and processing payments • Interact with government institutions, tax authorities, and banks • Prepare contracts and invoices • Provide consulting support to team members on PE-related matters • Provide other related services requested by Helpware

🎯 Requirements

• Experience working with Private Entrepreneurs (PE) in accounting, economics, or finance • Understanding of Ukrainian tax legislation, especially for PE Group 3 • Experience interacting with government services/institutions • Ability to work with banking systems and financial documents • Attention to detail, responsibility, and ability to work with large volumes of information • English sufficient for internal communication (minimum B 2.1) • Proficiency in Excel, including formulas and tables • Strong motivation to learn and develop in accounting and finance • Advanced Excel skills, including analytics, visualization, and working with big data, would be a strong plus
