📋 Description

• Design, build, and maintain highly available and cost-efficient cloud infrastructure on Microsoft Azure and Kubernetes (AKS) • Manage production-grade AKS clusters, including private networking, node pools, autoscaling, workload identity, ingress, certificates, and cluster upgrades • Own Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, including reusable modules, state management, workspaces, and multi-environment deployments • Design and maintain advanced CI/CD pipelines for secure and efficient application delivery from development through production • Implement monitoring and observability across Kubernetes, applications, and Azure services • Troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure, networking, identity, and production issues • Apply cloud security best practices, including vulnerability scanning, threat modeling, and centralized secrets management • Design and maintain multi-region high availability and disaster recovery solutions, including failover and failback procedures • Collaborate closely with application engineering teams to establish and improve operational standards • Support cloud migration initiatives, including workloads moving between Azure and Google Cloud • Work closely with engineering teams to build, deploy, monitor, secure, and operate scalable cloud environments

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a DevOps Engineering role with strong Azure expertise • Hands-on experience designing and implementing large-scale Azure solutions • Proven production experience with AKS, including private clusters, upgrades, autoscaling, and incident response • Advanced, production-level Terraform experience • Strong ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and design reliable solutions • Experience with CI/CD and modern DevOps practices • Excellent communication and collaboration skills • English: B2+ / Upper-Intermediate or higher • Azure certifications such as Azure Solutions Architect Expert or Azure DevOps Engineer Expert are a plus • Technical knowledge of Azure: Entra ID, RBAC, Managed Identities, Workload Identity, Key Vault, VNets, Subnets, Private Endpoints, Private DNS • Technical knowledge of Kubernetes: AKS, Helm, Docker, container registries, microservices • Terraform expertise • Experience with Azure Pipelines, GitHub Actions, Argo CD, Flux, or similar • Scripting experience with PowerShell, Bash, and Python; Go, C#/.NET, or Node.js is a plus • Experience with Ansible, Chef, Puppet, or similar configuration-management tools • Knowledge of VPN, firewalls, hybrid connectivity, and network security • Knowledge of Azure SQL Managed Instance, Cosmos DB, Redis, Storage, and Functions • Experience with Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, KQL, Datadog, Grafana, or similar observability tools • Knowledge of cloud security principles, penetration testing, SOC 2, ISO 27001, and PCI DSS • GCP/GKE, cross-cloud networking and identity, or cloud migration experience is a strong advantage
