📋 Description

• Orchestrate global projects such as product innovation • Support Brands and the segment in achieving growth and/or efficiencies • Lead and update the One Deco segment product pipeline • Handle Segment Innovation and Sustainability projects • Manage governance and operations for Segment Product Development

🎯 Requirements

• Top-tier project manager with cross-functional project expertise • Broad understanding of Hempel’s processes and stakeholders • Validated experience in project management • Solid understanding of technical products • Fluent in English with excellent partner and interpersonal skills • Experience with coordination across functions, geographies, and cultures • Ability to work independently and as part of a close-knit team
