• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through consistent communication and support. • Serve as the primary point of contact for all client-related concerns, escalations, and conflict resolution. • Ensure client satisfaction by delivering timely and effective solutions. • Oversee the sales process, including contract renewals, invoicing, and billing accuracy. • Review and approve account transactions to ensure compliance with company policies and financial standards. • Monitor account performance to identify trends and areas for improvement. • Collaborate with the internal operations team to supervise staff assigned to accounts under your management. • Provide guidance and support to ensure team members meet or exceed performance targets. • Facilitate communication between clients and internal departments to maintain smooth account operations. • Identify new sales opportunities within existing accounts to drive revenue growth. • Prepare and present regular account performance reports and financial updates to senior management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. • Proven experience in account management, client servicing, or financial oversight. • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. • Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and problem-solving abilities. • High attention to detail and accuracy in financial processes. • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office tools.
