📋 Description

• Lead product strategy by defining category focus, product roadmap, and launch sequencing • Source products profitably through supplier discovery, negotiations, landed-cost modeling, and margin targets • Own listing creation and optimization, including positioning, keyword strategy, conversion improvements, and catalog quality • Build operational plans for inventory and fulfillment • Partner with creative resources on images, A+ content, packaging, and brand assets • Drive performance using contribution margin, pricing, inventory health, and ad-efficiency metrics • Establish repeatable processes for scaling • Prepare to hire and support a small team over time • Complete the application form and record a video as the first interview step

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience owning product selection, sourcing, and scaling • Strong commercial and operational judgment • Experience selecting products, managing suppliers, and planning inventory and fulfillment • Ability to manage vendor and wholesaler relationships and negotiate pricing and terms • Ability to operate as a single-threaded owner with minimal direction and high accountability • Prior remote work experience • Fluency with remote collaboration tools and platforms such as Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, and Asana • Prior experience working with US or UK-based companies; applications without this will not be considered • Category experience in Home & Garden, Tools, Electronics, or adjacent physical goods categories preferred • Experience with store relaunches, SKU pipeline creation, and scaling preferred • Amazon Ads management or ability to direct ad execution and measurement preferred • Prior team leadership or mentorship experience preferred • Experience with product and market research tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or Keepa • Basic financial modeling skills, including COGS/landed cost, contribution margin, and inventory turns • Ability to work US time zones and, specifically, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST • Fluent English • Ability to complete a video interview within the requested timeline
