📋 Description
• Run the CEO’s operating rhythm: calendar, priorities, weekly planning, daily check-ins, and task triage • Capture CEO “brain dumps” and translate them into clear deliverables • Build lightweight systems that keep work moving: templates, recurring checklists, meeting notes → tasks • Own marketing ops execution where needed: CRM hygiene, tagging, email sequences • Coordinate campaign and content rollouts across the portfolio • Enforce accountability with partners; surface blockers and drive closure
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years supporting a founder/CEO in an EA, Chief of Staff, or Execution Partner capacity • Proven ability to “run the machine” day-to-day • Hands-on experience with marketing ops execution (CRM workflows, email sequences, funnels) • Strong project management skills (ClickUp/Asana) • Daily AI user who improves speed/quality • Prior remote work experience; fluent with remote collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace)
