📋 Description

• Design and execute growth marketing strategies aligned to revenue and pipeline targets • Own full-funnel experimentation across paid media, lifecycle email, landing pages, and conversion flows • Optimize acquisition and conversion performance across channels using data and testing frameworks • Partner with Product Marketing to position AI-driven value propositions clearly and effectively • Collaborate with Sales and RevOps to improve funnel velocity and conversion rates • Track and report on growth metrics including CAC, CPL, MQL, SQL, pipeline, and revenue impact

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in B2B growth or demand marketing within a SaaS environment • Strong understanding of AI-powered products and their impact on buyer behavior and messaging • Demonstrated success driving measurable pipeline and revenue through experimentation-led programs • Hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot or Marketo with Salesforce) • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights • **Non-negotiable:** Prior experience working fully remote, fluency with remote collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana, or similar), and experience working with US- or UK-based companies. Candidates without this background will not be considered.
