âą Lead the development and execution of analytical frameworks to support business goals âą Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business questions into data projects âą Design and maintain dashboards, reports, and advanced analytics models âą Mentor junior analysts and ensure high standards in data quality and storytelling âą Recommend process improvements based on data-driven insights âą Stay ahead of industry trends, tools, and best practices
đŻ Requirements
âą 3+ years of experience in a data analysis or business intelligence role âą Strong command of SQL and Python/R for analysis and modeling âą Hands-on experience with BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker âą Proven track record of leading projects and teams âą Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex data to non-technical stakeholders.
