📋 Description
• Take end-to-end ownership of Salesforce platform architecture, configuration, and ongoing optimisation • Design and deliver solutions across multiple clouds including Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Agentforce, Service Cloud, and/or Voice • Lead large-scale CRM implementations, ensuring delivery is on time, on scope, and built to scale • Act as the primary Salesforce point of contact for internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams • Drive automation, workflow design, and integration architecture across business units • Ensure data integrity, platform security, and compliance with internal IT and MDM policies • Champion Salesforce best practices and maintain up-to-date documentation and change management records
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience in enterprise or mid-to-large scale business environments • Multi-cloud expertise across at least 2–3 of: Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Agentforce, Service Cloud, Voice • Salesforce Administrator certification required; platform-specific certifications a strong plus • Must have prior remote work experience, be fluent with remote collaboration tools and platforms (such as Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana, or similar), and have ideally worked with US or UK-based companies.
