📋 Description
• Bookkeeping & Transactions: Processing invoices, posting bills, and maintaining accurate accounts payable/receivable. • Reconciliation: Reconciling bank statements and general ledgers to ensure accuracy. • Financial Reporting: Assisting in the preparation of monthly/annual financial statements, income statements, and balance sheets. • Data Entry & Compliance: Ensuring all financial data is accurately entered into systems and compliant with GAAP or local tax regulations. • General Support: Assisting with internal audits, data analysis, and expense tracking.
🎯 Requirements
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. • Skills: Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks) and MS Excel. • Knowledge: Strong understanding of basic accounting principles. • Attributes: High attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and strong work ethic.
