• Provide operational support to meet increasing business demand. • Build new processes and improve existing workflows to increase efficiency. • Support the bid and proposal process, ensuring materials are accurate, complete, and delivered on time. • Maintain organized records of proposals, sales activity, and operational documentation. • Assist with sales outreach support, follow-ups, and coordination. • Support travel planning, scheduling, and logistics for client meetings and business development. • Coordinate across sales, operations, and leadership to keep work moving forward. • Document processes and assist with creating simple SOPs and templates. • Ensure accuracy, organization, and consistency across operational tasks. • Handle business and client information with confidentiality and professionalism.
• High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred. • 2–4 years of experience in operations, administrative support, or coordination roles. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. • Clear written and verbal communication skills. • Comfortable working with common business tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, CRM or project tools).
