⢠Configure and launch online surveys, ensuring correct targeting, sampling, and logic before fielding begins ⢠Monitor live survey progress to ensure balanced sampling, consistent completion rates, and reliable responses ⢠Conduct quality assurance checks to identify irregularities such as incomplete responses, speeders, or demographic imbalances ⢠Collaborate with research, data, or engineering teams to troubleshoot fielding or platform issues ⢠Maintain detailed documentation of survey launches, checks, and resolutions ⢠Support process improvements to enhance data accuracy and efficiency
đŻ Requirements
⢠Proven experience in survey operations, data quality, market research, or a similar role ⢠Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail ⢠Comfortable working with spreadsheets, dashboards, and online survey platforms ⢠Experience working with Google Suite, Slack, and CSM tools ⢠Excellent communication and time-management skills ⢠Interest in data, research, or technology-driven workflows ⢠Familiarity with sampling methods, panel management tools, or APIs/integrations between survey platforms is a plus
