📋 Description

• You'll architect and deploy AI-powered applications that solve real business problems and create operational leverage across the organization. • Designing and deploying AI agents and automation systems that improve business performance. • Building AI-powered recruiting solutions for sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding, and candidate engagement. • Creating intelligent workflow automation across sales, client success, operations, finance, and compliance. • Developing internal productivity tools that improve decision-making and efficiency. • Identifying manual processes that can be automated and transformed through AI. • You'll own the technical architecture behind our AI initiatives. • Writing clean, scalable, production-ready code. • Designing secure APIs and integrations across our technology ecosystem. • Building end-to-end systems leveraging LLMs, workflow orchestration platforms, databases, and third-party applications. • Conducting code reviews and establishing engineering best practices. • Ensuring solutions are secure, maintainable, and built for scale. • Evaluating emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and models. • Prototyping and testing new approaches to increase productivity and automation. • Partnering with leadership to prioritize initiatives with the highest business impact. • Staying at the forefront of AI advancements and bringing innovative solutions into production.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Software Engineering, AI Engineering, Machine Learning Engineering, or a related technical field. • Hands-on experience building AI-powered products and automation workflows. • Strong experience working with modern LLMs such as OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, or equivalent models. • Advanced proficiency with: • - Python • - JavaScript / TypeScript • - React • - Node.js • Experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs. • Strong SQL and relational database expertise. • Experience deploying and managing cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred). • Familiarity with GitHub, CI/CD pipelines, and modern software development practices. • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and systems thinking. • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate directly with business stakeholders.
